Managed services is a concept were TR takes over some percentage of your company IT support so you can focus on your business and not IT. We know that in order to be successful in your business you have to focus on what you do best and that does not include IT support in 99% of the cases. That’s where we come in. What are Managed Services?
From a technical standpoint, this is the total hands-off of all your Mac IT needs ranging from monitoring your computers 24/7/365, to auditing all your associated IT bills such as your internet and email provider. Managed Services only works for Owners, CEO’s, CFO’s who understand that a company employee’s time is better spent doing the job they were hired to do as opposed to troubleshooting IT issues on their own.
We offer three managed services choices, Lite, Core & Elite
With our Lite plan, you are alerted to potential hardware problems, monitored for malware and viruses and have software updates done automatically. Simply put, your basic maintenance is automated and it’s one less thing you need to worry about.
The MS Lite offering is strictly a maintenance and monitoring option for the customer who wants to do their own day to day IT support and call us for the higher end services, but still wants the peace of mind knowing someone is watching their systems all the time. The tools we install will act as a health monitor for all of your systems, run the Apple and 3rd party updates and alert us to any potential issues. Some pertinent monitoring examples are total capacity of hard drive used which is very important for drive speed and elevating potential hard drive crashing issues, RAM testing, infections with malware and viruses, backup drive being disconnected for long periods of time (Apple’s Time Machine) and your server machine not being active (power went out, drive went down, etc.)
With our Core plan, you don’t worry about your workstations, servers or back-up.
The MS Core offering (All inclusive support for desktop, server & backup) is a perfect middle ground between Elite and Lite. It’s the 80/20 rule with the same underlying premise of keeping employees and business owners doing their respective jobs and greatly reducing the responsibility for their IT. We would be responsible for the daily upkeep, questions, problems and concerns of all your workstations and servers during normal business hours (8:30 AM – 5: 00 PM). With the Core option, MS Lite is included so all your maintenance, updates, upgrades, virus and malware protection are taken care of. This option adds to MS Lite the additional total support for all workstations and servers for one fixed price.
With our Elite plan, you don’t worry about anything IT-related, we handle it all for you.
The MS Elite offering is a complete handoff of your company’s IT responsibilities (support for desktop, server, backup, network security, email) so everyone in your company can focus on their core job responsibility and not shared IT responsibilities. We will become your virtual IT Department, so that you can start proactively addressing the IT needs, and transform IT from being a reactive area within your business to being a revenue generator, by increasing your staff’s uptime and productivity. With the Elite option, MS Lite is included so all your maintenance, updates, upgrades, virus and malware protection is taken care of. MS Core is also included and adds the total support for all workstations and servers. Elite takes it one step further and includes all data switches, routers, firewalls, IT related internet bills, quarterly technology meetings, etc. for one fixed price.
