Macbook – Top case is cracked or is broken along the edge where the top case and bottom case meet.
Models Covered – Mid 2009(white), Early 2009(white), Late 2008(white), Early 2008(black & white), Mid 2007(black & white), Late 2007(black & white), Late 2006(black & white)
Warranty Details – Replacement of yop case and keyboard. Warranty is ONLY valid within 5 years of the purchase date. Accidental damage is not covered under warranty.
Macbook 13 inch – On these Macbook models, the rubber surface may separate from the bottom case.
Models Covered – 13 inch Late 2009, 13 inch Mid 2010
Warranty Details – Replacement of rubber surface for the bottom case. Warranty is ONLY valid for these models and will be covered within 2 years from the original purchase date.
Reminder for Apple’s Hard Drive Replacement Program – Apple has determined that certain 1TB Seagate hard drives used in 21.5 inch and 27 inch iMac systems may fail. These systems were sold between October 2009 and July 2011. You may replace these hard drives under Apple’s Hard Drive replacement program.
