Once you launch the app and give us your ID number, we’re on our way to resolving your issue in under a minute. When your problem is fixed, you just quit the OutReach app and your computer is no longer remotely accessible, ensuring your privacy.
We can even log in and perform unattended services on your computer if you’d like. We offer weekday monitoring of the status of your backups, your computer’s system logs, and we check that your computer’s hard drive is healthy and functioning properly. If a problem crops up, we’ll let you know and you can decide how you’d like to handle it.
