Contact Us via email here or give us a call at (203) 874-1468 in CT or (646) 389.6227 in NYC and we will set up a brief appointment with you to discuss your needs.  You will then be invited to a FREE introductory call between you and one of our engineers to discuss the specific needs of you and/or your business.   After this discussion, we can evaluate how and if we can help you.  You will then receive a communication from our new business development person to discuss our findings and we both can decide if we are a good fit for each other and want to go to the next step.

Our favorite approach in working with you is when you choose to create a plan with us, which includes regularly scheduled onsite service visits. We like to stay in touch with our customers, but more importantly, there are a lot of things we can look at when we visit, which keeps us ahead of the curve and maximizes your uptime.  We also provide managed services where we are able to remotely monitor your computers 24/7/365.

Apple Hardware Repair

We have a tremendous amount of experience in Mac hardware repair and software upgrades.  We can do it all at our facility in Milford, CT.  No appointment is necessary, although one can be made, if necessary. Technology Revealed works closely with the New Haven Apple Store and the Trumbull Apple Store to address Apple hardware repairs for out of warranty machines and machines they no longer support or data recovery for their customers crashed hard drives.

Why Technology Revealed?

Technology Revealed began because of a lack of high-end Macintosh support in the marketplace at the time. Our main focus was standup training via numerous Adult Education programs and that led to the support of the MacOS with many of the Adult Ed students that needed someone to come to their home or office to help them out. From there it was the owner as a one-man show for a few years until things got too busy and we hired our first Mac Systems Engineer.

Now with the 4 Software Engineers and Repair Techs, numerous Apple Certifications and our own building, we are the oldest and largest Apple service and support company in Connecticut.  Our focus has never changed, it is still all about the customer, their work and finding the most cost effective, efficient way to get it all done.
