Managed Services from a technical standpoint is the total hands-off of all your Mac IT needs ranging from monitoring your computers 24/7/365, to auditing all your associated IT bills such as your internet and email provider. Managed Services only works for Owners, CEO’s, CFO’s who understand a company’s employees time is better spent doing the job they were hired to do as opposed to troubleshooting IT issues on their own. We offer three managed services choices, Elite, Core & Lite

With our Elite plan, you don’t worry about anything IT-related, we handle it all for you.
The MS Elite offering is a complete handoff of your company’s IT responsibilities (support for desktop, server, backup, network security, email) so everyone in your company can focus on their core job responsibility and not shared IT responsibilities. We will become your virtual IT Department, so that you can start proactively addressing the IT needs, and transform IT from being a reactive area within your business to being a revenue generator, by increasing your staff’s uptime and productivity.
With our Core plan, you don’t worry about your workstations, servers or back-up.
The MS Core offering (Support for desktop, server & backup) is a perfect middle ground between Elite and Lite. It’s the 80/20 rule with the same underlying premise of keeping employees and business owners doing their respective jobs and greatly reducing the responsibility in their IT.
With our Lite plan, you are alerted to potential problems and basic maintenance is automated.
The MS Lite offering is strictly a maintenance and monitoring option for the customer who wants to do their own day to day IT support and only call us on the higher end services but still wants the security of knowing someone is watching their systems all the time. The tools we install will act as a health monitor for all of your systems, run the Apple and 3rd party updates and alert us about any potential issues.
here we offer the traditional onsite time per week or month to fix problems after they have occurred.
The Scheduled Support offering is our traditional option of a minimum of 4 hours per month of onsite consulting time in which we perform desktop and server support or work on other long term projects. This is purely ongoing time spent on dealing with issues as they build up.
With Project, it’s as simple as it sounds, you have a project and we complete it.
The Project offering is for any customer who has a specific project that they want completed with no long term commitment (ongoing maintenance or support) and scheduled at our next available time. Additionally these clients understand that there is no commitment on either side so if a problem arises and they need our help we may not be able to give them immediate or emergency response.
What is not included in our MSP offerings:
- Protection from Acts of God and Terrorism.
- Projects including but not limited to for example company moves, workstation hardware upgrades including server(s), email systems and backup system – this work is billable, as per the listed hourly rates.
- No hardware repair of any kind. We provide this service but not part of MSP offering
- Purchasing of any hardware or software of any kind.
