The hard drive on my iMac crashed with out warning and I did not have a backup. I thought I lost everything… Fred and calmed me down and told me all the steps they were going to do in the process of trying to get my data back. They had my drive for 2-3 trying all types of recovery. In the end they were able to get 85% of my data, most importantly my photos. I just wanted to thank them for being upfront, trying very hard to get all my data and keeping me up to date on where the job was in the process
