Our engineers are top of the line and work with numerous Mac hardware and software problems on a daily basis. We do not employ PC Engineers who try to do Macintosh work.

Remote Support

Remote support is something we offer in cases where it just makes more sense to solve a problem without going on-site. This saves you money and time and gets you back up and running a lot sooner then if we were to schedule time for our engineers to come to your office.

Our main tool we use is the industry standard LogMeIn which allows us to log in to your network/computer and solve the problem.

It doesn’t always make sense to do remote work so we reserve the right to decide what makes the most sense.

Our engineers work with numerous server problems on a daily basis. Technology Revealed employs two Apple Certified Technical Coordinators who are engineers that have studied and passed a rigorous test Apple gives in OS X Desktop and OS X Server technologies.

We employ such technologies as direct VPN (virtual private network) into your LAN so we can troubleshoot and complete repairs off-site, and Apple Network Assistant which allows LAN based options such as diagnosing computer repairs, loading software and checking vital computer statistics, all without leaving your seat.

The most valuable part of any company’s computer infrastructure is their data.
With every computer network of any size there is generally a server and then there SHOULD be a backup system.
Technology Revealed has an enormous amount of experience in all the most popular backup programs such as Retrospect, Time Machine and others.

We can customize any size backup solution both on-site and off-site for the protection of your data in case of tragedy.

What we do that most others don’t is actually test the backup system by creating a mock emergency and then going through all the steps to test that. In case there is a problem, everything will be up and running sooner then later. Additionally, we create a separate backup for the catalog file which is the backup roadmap of where everything is on the tapes or drives. Most people who do this themselves don’t know to make a copy of this separate from their backup and when they need to restore their data they have to recatolog all their tapes which could take hours to days depending on the size of the backup.
